The form collects your business contact details, project information and any plans you choose to attach. They are used to review your request and prepare follow-up with Viking.

Requests are intended for [email protected]. Files are processed as email attachments and are not published on the website. Please avoid including personal information that is not needed for the project.

To request access, correction or deletion of your information, email [email protected]. Requests are received in a PurelyMail inbox and may be shared with Viking for commercial follow-up. They are kept in that inbox to process the project and its follow-up; you can request deletion at the same address.

The site does not use advertising cookies or visitor-tracking tools. Your product selection is saved in your browser so it stays available across pages and languages. You can remove products from your request or clear this site’s browser data. An opaque delivery reference is kept on the server for seven days to prevent duplicate emails; it contains neither your contact details nor your plans.
